Shipping, Delivery & Returns 

 

Shipping Costs and Transit Times

Our ordering system uses real-time shipping calculation based on the combined weight of the items in your shopping cart. When requesting shipping estimates the system requests rates from FedEx servers to your zip code for the weight of your shipment. On occasion an incorrect shipping rate may be returned, especially when a large number of items are in the shopping cart. If this happens we will reduce the shipping charge and reimburse the credit card you used to make the original purchase. 

 

Please be advised all products purchased and orders are sent from Keller, TX. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and an additional 72 hours for delivery.

Order Pickup/Delivery

Order pick-up is available if you reside in the Rhode Island area. To help alleviate the cost of shipping you may opt for "in-store pick-up" or the owner of the business may arrange to meet/deliver your product(s) at a prearranged public location. If you, the customer, select this option please note your preference to either have "in-store pick-up" or "delivery" in the Note to Seller box when providing billing information during the check out process.  Please be sure to include a contact phone number for a follow-up confirmation of your prefered delivery arrangement and to be notified when your order is available. 

 

In the event you waive having your order deliverd by FedEx and select to pick-up your order either in-store or for delivery there is a handling fee of $1.00 per bottle. With the system set up the way it is you'll have to initially pay the FedEx shipping fee. Once it has been confirmed that you elected for "in-store pick-up" or "delivery" Pepper Junction will reimburse the credit card the FedEx shipping fee less the handling fee. Please be advised that if you, the customer, can not be reached within 24 hours from the time of the original purchase to confirm your preference for either "in-store pick-up" or "delivery" Pepper Junction will continue your order for delivery via FedEx.  

 

Returns

Should you need to return an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail prior to returning your product. Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization. Returns are accepted for 30 days from date of purchase, and the product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in a completely resalable condition. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in order to obtain a prompt credit for your payment. Upon receipt of the goods, we will immediately issue a credit to the same credit card used to pay for the goods. Freight charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders to help cover our costs for pulling and packing your order.
